Digital Image License Agreement

General Conditions

John Vargas grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license for digital images purchased from John Vargas Photography’s website. These digital images are exclusively intended for personal use and shall not be utilized for commercial purposes. The Buyer agrees to comply with the conditions outlined in this agreement regarding the use of the downloaded digital images. Any changes to the conditions outlined in this agreement require expressed written approval from John Vargas Photography and may require additional compensation.

Acceptable Personal Use

1. Calendars

2. Fine Art Prints or other printed materials

3. Photo gifts for family and friends

4. Presentation or Slideshows

5. Screensavers or wallpapers for electronic personal devices

6. Social Media (requires a credit to John Vargas Photography with a backlink to johnbvargas.com)

7. Websites (requires a credit to John Vargas Photography with a backlink to johnbvargas.com)

Prohibited

1. Advertising and Commercial Use

2. Books or other publications

3. Excessive cropping or alteration

4. Photo Contests

5. Selling photo products

6. Using the digital images in an obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner

7. Using the digital images to create trademarks or logos
